Michael Cook is a proud father of three Plano ISD elementary students. Over the past five years, Michael has contributed to the Plano ISD community and stared a local business. He holds a membership in the Plano Chamber of Commerce and the Plano West Rotary.

Katherine Chan Goodwin is a long-time resident of Plano, a successful businessperson, community volunteer and leader in Plano ISD PTAs. Professionally, she currently consults and speaks on change management.

Tarrah Lantz is the proud Plano ISD mom of a 3rd and 8th grader. She serves PTA at the local level and is the immediate past President of the Plano ISD Council of PTAs, a Plano ISD Education Foundation board member and current member of Leadership Plano Class 39.

Simon is a recent graduate of Plano ISD and Collin College. As a student, he served on the Diversity Advisory Committee for Plano ISD, advocating for the diverse communities he represents. He is passionate about using his unique perspective and the experience as a student to serve on the Plano ISD Board of Trustees.

Margaret Turner-Carrigan
Margret Turner-Carrigan is a community leader and PISD volunteer, dedicated to insuring that "all" students in PISD receive the best education possible while being fiscally responsible. She has been an attorney, mediator, certified hearing officer, and educator who has lived in Plano for 30 years.

Brett Cooper's family moved to Plano in 2018 and have been residents for over 4 years. He work as an adolescent medicine physician at Children's Medical Center and UT Southwestern, providing specialist care to a vulnerable and underserved population across the Metroplex.

Rick Horne is a retired businessman with over 40 years supporting the Federal Government. He has been a resident for 20 and has served the City of Plano in several capacities. He has the experience and know how to work with staff to serve the citizens of Plano.

Scott Coleman has served in public education for 13 years, currently serving as assistant principal in Garland. He is a former lawyer and business owner. Scott lives in Wylie with his two children.

Megan Wallace moved to Texas over a decade ago to build a business with her husband and raise their three children. She returned to college to study law. As a student, she became aware of both the excellent value of Collin College and the unique challenges facing the institution.

Dr. Stacey Donald is the incumbent on the Collin College Board of Trustees in Place 3. She has a Ph.D. in Lit Studies and has worked in all levels and variations of higher education.
