Volunteer for numerous local campaigns, 2016 HD67 democratic candidate, served in Texas public schools for 13 years

Yes 

How would you work to create and open environment respecting freedom of speech and thought for your professors?

I would work with the board and the current administration to develop policies and training that would prevent illegal firings.

I do not believe the current board has given enough information about it to ensure that it is not duplicative and keeping students safe

Yes, I believe we should listen to the CDC and doctors during a pandemic.
